The mission of the Adaptive Schools Foundation Seminar is to develop our collective identity and capacity as collaborators and inquirers.
Capacity refers to how much resources we can hold. Adaptive solutions are expanding capacity.
Collaborators are individuals with different resources working together as equals to provide a greater outcome than that possible through individual efforts. Inquiry refers to an openness to and investment in the ideas of others.
To inquire is to ask, be curious, invite the transmission of thoughts or feelings, confer, consult, wonder, request, examine, and investigate ideas.
Regardless of the nature of issues impacting schools, our premise is that the means for improvement exist within the organization.
Our seminar supports professional communities who come together to learn and grow, with increased student success as the ultimate goal.
