LEARNING OUTCOMES FOR 4-DAY ADAPTIVE SCHOOLS SEMINAR

The Adaptive Schools Foundation Seminar is highly engaging, interative, and employs a research-based professional development model rooted in Adult Learning Theory.  Our seminars are designed to ehance learning leaders' capacity and capabilities related to the following skills:

 

  • developing, facilitating, and sustaining high functioning collaborative teams
  • expanding repertoire of group facilitation tools
  • utilizing four hats of shared leadership: facilitating, presenting, coaching, and consulting
  • moving groups beyond concensus to common focus
